The team are your saving grace and “anytime go to” if someone cancels at the last moment, surprises you with a birthday on tour or any matter of last minute changes that seem to pop up.
With one email to your Group Tour Consultant you can be assured your request will be done.
They will notify all your suppliers, regardless if your tour is an overnight stay or a 25 day tour, saving you the time and expense of doing it yourself.
Sarah & Shannen excel at writing your very specific Drivers Notes. You will know the exact time you need to be at a destination, what you will be eating, who you will be meeting and where you will be parking your coach.
